Overthere: KOS in OT City

On live, Illusion: Dark Elf used to allow access to merchants and bank in Overthere City. Now, Tourmaline (and others) /con threatening to me.

And... per Rogean: "humans by default aren't KOS, which is an issue"

On P99, I am an Agnostic HUM.
On live, I was a Bristlebane HEF.

Mobs are on VenrilSathir.

I did kill some mobs in Kaesora on Beta Day One.

But [on live] I remember passing through OT City with Illusion even later when I de-factioned in Karnor's and even Howling Stones.

Out of curiousity, is this still a problem? Went into the Outpost on my DE Magician (Inny Worshiping) and was instantly brutalized. I hadn't killed anything in Kunark yet, cept a Raptor and a cockatrice.

Edit: Just realized that I may have been played by a friend to kill a number of baddies in KC. :D
