Name Approval than disconnect

So I have gotten as far as the create a charecter screen, ive selected my options, I get to the name screen, I type in a name, hit next, it says its submitting name for approval. Then it sits there like 45 seconds and I get a disconnect screen. :( What am I doing wrong?

Please help!
