Merchant Niwiny missing from Kelethin/Gfay

Merchant Niwiny is listed as one of a hand full of merchants that sell small chainmail patterns. I've attempted to look for her for an hour today using the coordinates and checking every vendor I can find. I also logged my ranger on to see if the merchant shows on track. I have not been able to find any sign of this merchant.

I am unable to discern if/when she was added but judging by an earlier post in the p99 forums it appears as if she did exist as of february of 2015.

If this merchant has been removed then the only place to purchase a small chainmail boot pattern is in Neriak. However the post from 2015 claimed the pattern was missing from Neriak.

Merchant Niwiny does indeed appear to be missing. I don't believe Thrack ever sold the patterns in classic. (https://web.archive.org/web/20011202052921/http://www.eqtraders.com/location/smithing.htm - Niwiny spelled Ninwiny on this page)

Small chainmail patterns can be purchased from Charlotte Diggs in Rivervale in the meantime.

I wasn't sure what date to put this spawn on, so I went with Velious release. Will update if further evidence is found.

Date for Niwiny should be between July 2000 and October 2000. (Screenshots attached because it's hard to get a link pointing at a specific inline frame. Thank you, late nineties web design! /s)

In attempting to finish my set of cultural chain I decided to check Merchant Thrack in Neriak. He is supposed to have the small chainmail patterns and in particular I am looking for small chainmail boot pattern.

After finding Thrack I can confirm he sells rusty weapons and NO chainmail patterns. At this juncture I am unsure if any merchants on P99 sell the small chain boot pattern and therefore am unable to craft my cultural boots.

I have attempted to upload a screenshot of Thrack's merchant item list but am getting a missing token message.
