IP Block after Swap accounts

Does anyone else have this issue lately? like 2months tops... when you log off your account /camp and exit from char select, and try to load another different account you get the message like if you had already a char online (even thou you camped it correctly, instead of Q'ing out).

Weird shit, this used to never happen, now i get it very often, anyone else? Thanks.

Yes I have noticed this.

But notice the complete disconnect between swapping accounts more

I have had the same issue. Camp out completely to switch accounts and after logging back in it still has the IP block on it, as if you were linkdead or something. It has only been doing this for me for a few weeks.
