Bard Song (48) Selo's Chords of Cessation is HASTING mobs?

So I was doing some tests to figure out what % different bard songs actually slow mobs.

I've found that Selo's Chords of Cessation isn't slowing them at all. In fact it's increasing their attack speed. Base attack speed is 3.0 seconds. When a mob is hit with cessation, it's attack delay is going down to ~2.8.

It's supposed to be a 20% slow, not a 7% haste.

it's true that this does haste mobs - i dont know if its classic or not though, but i cant find any source supporting that this song ever increased atk speed on live, no clue why it was changed here.

interesting, after readng that thread I checked out assonant strane in the spell parser and it turns out that it's actually pretty overpowered. it's set to 40%, making it tied for the best bard slow, with the lvl 60 song.

That's not velious era. Slot 6 was added in 2002. See the change log at http://lucy.allakhazam.com/spellhistory.html?id=746&source=Live . The era-appropriate spell files are floating around somewhere -- I've seen them references in other threads. But according to the earliest lucy data, it should be,
