that grab is from Dec 11, a week after Luclin release. So the buff likely must've been Luclin era.

Correct me if I'm wrong..but isn't the current Tunare version on P99 the same as the Luclin release? I know there's no strong evidence of how our Tunare should be, but if we are fighting the Luclin version why not keep her items to that era as well?

yes, it is the final version of tunare, which was added just before luclin. there were some giant threads about that... presumably nilbog decided to just skip all the preliminary versions of tunare and jump to the "relevant" version

The final version of Tunare was added in Luclin, and she was permarooted and huge.

The version in Velious shouldn't be perma rooted and should be the size of a wood elf.

Her being permarooted makes the fight 10x harder than if you were able to simply corner her and negate the Knockback/root.
