New character static group, interested?

Hello, I'm creating a static group to meet and play a few nights a week.


I am available Mon-Fri. From 4pm EST till 10-11pm EST. Free all day Sat.
It would be necessary to be able to work with somewhere on that timeline.

I would like to...
1) Meet 2 or 3 times a week.
2) Use voicechat.
3) Keep static characters separate and only level in group together.
4) Adventure off the beaten path.


I do have a druid that can port to all locations so it wouldn't be difficult to gather everyone up for the first meet and get us bound together nearby. If you're new I can help with a little plat for spells and stuff.

1) What times are you available?
2) What class / race are you interested in playing?

I'd be interested in taking part, but am based in the UK and work shifts; majority of my play time will be from approx 7-8pm EST but i "should" be able to manage at least two nights a week...

I am not fussy on what I play but would most like to do either a Bard or Druid...or Paladin- love all the classes in this game too much!

I am relatively new to P99 but should be able to fund myself, as long as your not expecting total twinkage!

@Dingpot - Great, sounds like you can make it most of the time. Ofc life happens, I would never expect people to make it to every single meet.

@Georgie - I don't mind if you call me Jesus. I have one unfortunately. She may be joining, hoping a group like this will actually convince her to play.

@Trelaboon - I understand your situation, I'll give it a few more days and see who all is interested before we try to set a time for sure.

I would be interested in starting fresh and going to areas that people usually don't see. I'm available all day Monday and Tuesday, and from ~6 pm EST onward other days. I'll play whatever is needed.

I play on Red (290% exp bonus with a full group and every camp you'd ever want is open or can fight for it nudge nudge)

I also have a porter there.

But if that's a not option - I have a 20 Monk fairly geared I could delevel or start a new.

So far we have 7 including myself but I'm pretty sure someone will fail to reply or show up. If we end up with two open spots then my girl said she will try playing but can't promise she will like it and keep playing heh. She likes pretty graphics.

So looking at the times it seems most of us are pretty flexible. I would like to do this two days a week back to back either Mon/Tues, Tues/Wed, or Wed/Thurs. Dingpot and Izzni are available after 8pm EST so if we start meeting at 8pm we could play till 11pm or 12 if thats cool with everyone.

Thats where I'm at right now. Thoughts?

Okay I will be sending out PMs today. For now we will be meeting Monday/Tuesday at 8pm EST till approximately 11pm.

We will discuss in person once all party members are together what times we will continue meeting at.

I will have three characters available depending on party composition. If we have a healer I will play enchanter unless we have an enchanter then I'll play wizard. If we are lacking a healer I will have a shaman ready.

Hey guys, been talking in PMs with AV. So, I see what everyone's preference is, but I'm confused on which way we are going with our staple group, I'm down to play anything with I guess wizard being my least favorite, I enjoy druids shamans and rogues, warrior types and monks are fun too, so just don't stick me with the wizard eh?

Alright, tried to fix it agian. One issue is that I can't play this Monday because I am going to a Red Sox game. And honestly, I will be on vacation the next Monday/Tuesday. I really like this idea, but I am afraid that missing a few of the first sessions will leave me really behind.

This would be a much better option in the school year for me as I am a teacher and summers are irregular.

Okay so update for everyone interested- Currently we have one opening as Bracket has not messaged me back yet to confirm.

Our current class selection looks like:
AbstractVision- Enchanter (or wizard if someone else wants chanter)
TheSurgeon- Cleric
Brecon- Shaman / Bard?
Rogoshen- Anything but wizard?
Woobi- SK (he will be on vacation next week but rejoin us after)

So right now looks like we just need pulls and more DPS.


Quite a few people have asked about twinking. I have no problems with twinking I just don't want anyone who doesn't have access to items/plat to feel left out or like they NEED to be twinked, you don't. I have some mid level gear I'll throw on my character, nothing crazy. If you don't have plat for spells just let me know we'll get you set.

Okay quick update- It looks like Jojomo will be taking the place of Bracket as our final member. I think he is going to be a Monk but I'll let him confirm or deny that.

I know there was a lot of interested parties in this thread, unfortunately we can only have 6 in a party so I would encourage those not in this group to start another thread or get in touch with each other.

Update:

Currently the group is level 7 and camped outside of Crushbone. We have an Enchanter, Mage, and Cleric thus far. The times are Monday and Tuesday 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. or so EST. If any is still interested, particularly melee, please PM AbstractVision.
