So I just got the game reinstalled last night

I have not played for about a year. My HD crashed and got the EQ fever again. I noticed when it loaded up my account my characters are missing. Is this something I can get back? Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this.

There is a specific forum to make a petition for this. Could take some time to get to so start up a new account to mess around with in the mean time if you like? Good luck.
