New Graphics but missing Sound?

So I just came back after some month to p1999...visited my old pirate friend in his bay, logged in and saw better graphics than before, like more detail on walls and floor..AND Mage Pets for example doesnt look like elementals anymore..earth pet looks like a mummy typ thingy. So far so good, but I dont have any GIGGLE on my Skeleton Illusions anymore (Lich spells on Necro)...and open a bag in inventory is silent now too...is that intended?

replace soundassets.txt with the other one and you'll have the laugh back

So for my better understanding, I have two files... "soundassets" and "soundassets - original unedited. So I have to delete the first one or just copy the files from the "original" one into the "soundassets" one?
