Asked for an ip exemption and now we cant log in at all

Everything works fine from another IP address but we can't look at the forum or log into the servers from our home address. Does that mean we're banned? Anyone know?

Did they approve said IP exemption? It takes a week or 2 from what I've read. What message does it show when you try and log in? You'd know if you were banned because it would say so.

Everything works fine now. Was just a strange coincidence I guess. :o
Forum would have the loading symbol and never load, the game wouldn't even let us to the server select. "Cant find connection" something of that sort. But even my phones crummy internet loaded the forum instantly. And our internet was working fine, we were able to use youtube, and even play other games.
