Level requirement for rotwf

Hi everyone,

Anyone know of there is a level requirement to finish the robe quest? (Not worried about clicking it)

the level requirement is a created character

You can have epic at level 1 same with robe, just can't equip epics anymore til 46 which would be same lvl to use the click. RotWF is clickable probably level 1 if bout 15ish

my robe was clickable at lvl 10 when i did the MQ for my monk

My monk was clickin his robe around lvl 20 but i cant recall what lvl was required.. no lvl requirements to do quest though
