Aides to former First Lady, Secretary of State, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton have been compelled to testify on the nature of her private email server in a private lawsuit by right-wing rabble-rouser Judicial Watch.

Given behind closed doors it remains unclear whether former aides will join turncoat Emmet G. Sullivan the presiding judge in the case (appointed by Clinton) in promoting the political witch hunt when he commented that the entire situation was "very, very, very troubling."

If not obvious already, motive for the lawsuit was unveiled in comments by Mr. Fitton, the president of Judicial watch, "[It] is going to be embarrassing to Mrs. Clinton and to the administration - maybe more than embarrassing."

I really hope this bitch eats a shit sandwich and goes to jail, but I'm sure it won't happen :(
If the FBI doesn't advise the DOJ to press charges I sure hope if she gets elected Trey Gowdy does.

"It is telling that Judicial Watch’s potentially big win has come not from any dark conspiracy it has uncovered, but from what it has not. The judge has limited the group to a narrow line of inquiry designed to answer a simple question: why did Clinton set up a private server and use it for all her work e-mails as Secretary of State?"

Because she didn't want people like this looking at her correspondence *gasp*

If it weren't for White Water, Bengazi, and statement made by Fitton you guys might have been able to make something out of this. See the book: The Boy That Cried Wolf

Not sure what point you are trying to make by emphasizing that the judge has limited and directed Judicial Watch's inquiry unless you are just looking to substantiate his status as a turncoat?

I think you are right though, obfuscation was certainly the goal. Security breach was just the fall-out :(

C'est la vie

1. Doesn't matter up front why she set it up. She didn't have the authorization to do so (Hillary is a she, right?), and move classified/top secret communications through that server. Maximum 5ys.

2. But in that she was hacked ontop of it all, copies of these documents were stolen, if proven, minimum 10yrs.

3. Now, as for why, did she set up the server for this to happen? Was it a system intentionally set up for the purpose of sharing information with people or countries wholly unauthorized to receive such information? That's gotta be hard time.

If they are asking why at this point, than 1 & 2 must have already been proven, and now they are just looking for worst-case scenario.

She's just gonna blame that shit on a few trusted aids like they always do. Later they will be rewarded. See Oliver North.

Wishful thinking, but the law is pretty clear in this sort of matter. All this was in her possession, it's hard evidence. Maybe you are thinking she will plead insanity? It's like as if she not only set up the deal, but flew the arms shipment to Iran herself as the pilot, landed, had tea with them, handed over the weapons, then flew back to the US before bedtime. Then blamed it all on the guy (e.g. Gen. O. North) who put fuel in the plane.

" The judge called the email episode “very, very, very troubling.”

When a judge uses 'very' three times you know he's not fucking around.
