Black Screen and only Cursor on Startup

Afternoon all!

I finally have everything installed and up to date. Unfortunately when trying to Launch EQ Titanium, it works, however puts me into a black screen where only the gold cursor is visible. Not sure what is going on.

I have a very up to date PC so I don't think its that.

Any ideas? Not sure if this is a known issue and easy solution. I am hoping it is.

It's because the game is trying to run in fullscreen. Press alt+enter to get it into windowed mode and it should run fine.
