Golems/Draco now all spawn with CT and reset timers

As of two weeks ago, Golems started spawning with CT now and upon death their timers are reset with the rest of the zone. For all of Velious up until two weeks ago, this was not the case.

Unclear if this was intentional or not, but I did enjoy that the golem timers drifted away from draco.

this is classic - CT always reset the plane of fear when he spawned

he was spawning the trash previously and not the raid targets - that was the bug

Raid targets created in Velious and later (including fearplane, karnor etc) were not working properly for simulated repops. It should be good now.
