To those that have the root clicky, how useful is it?
Can you do the quest line more than once? (to get both a root and resist neck, if the resist thing is any good)

Its okay, but it's a long cast time and a short duration, I have it on one of my tunare druids and never bother with it

I have 3 60 druids, 1 58 druid (for bear pits PLing), 1 level 54 druid (for afk farming oor on red) and a handful of 29ish druids bound at various camps that I frequent so I can drop transfer/ferry my items back to cities.

Plant goo.
Magical plant goo with healing properties, though.

My druid is only level 38 but has had the clicky since 20 and finds it VERY useful. It frees up a spell gem and lack of GCD makes up for the long cast. I've even had times where I had no mana left and just clicked it over and over to kill a mob (yeah it took a while).
I'm sure it will be less useful at higher levels but for now its OP.

Yepp, same. Got mine at 24 and it helps a great deal.
If you sit immediately after the cast you should also be able to hit the med tick. In a way you're effectively adding 10dmg/tick DOT which is free + the root component. Quest was a bit of a pain(those damn ghast hearts) but definitely worth it.

Quest took a while to get the third symbol, but it has been very useful to me.
You can get a cast in between med ticks if you time it right. When I've run out of mana or my group has been light on crowd control, it has been a lifesaver a couple times (Plus freeing the spell slot). I don't intend to do it again for the resist clicky though.
