We'll get you a OT hammer click soon as GM's can fix the 1 charge strings dropping, Every single one has to be individually petitioned to be changed to a 10 charge. No point in paying for one.

They stopped dropping for 3-4 months when golem revamp came and prior to that were 15-20k a click if you could even find one. And since then, I think only 3 of the 6-7 from empire were turned into 10 chargers and probably half are used/gone/owned by someone not selling.

Yep on red you either make a evil race/diety that isn't KoS in OT and quest the faction or you plan on probably never having a hammer.

With a faction neck, a evil race that isn't quite amiable can nearly get there with 1 click and a few whip quest turn ins. Literally saved me some 3 charges of strings on troll shaman, iksar guise monk etc I would assume AoN too as long as no faction hits against VS have been taken.

This is dumb and completely inaccurate. Any race or class that can sneak OR hide can turn in Whips, anyone with a guise/aon/tinkers + ovb can turn in a few whips and do the turn in fast, and the VP key is extremely easy to get now that there are 50 people on the server and nothing is contested ever.

Lol completely huh? Ok.. Calm down dude. I just recently tried to sneak turn in whips. You can't do it. Not anymore atleast. Yeah forgot about getting faction in VP, that's an option.. Way down the road of course.

Did you have all the mobs harmonied first? Because you truly can.

If not, of course sneak wont work with 10 mobs looking straight at you, but if you use your brain you can use the quest.

This is opinion based, so I will not argue that you think it is hard. However, it has been my experience on red that it is VERY easy to get a VP key right now. (on red)

No mobs aggro'd while I was sneak turning in at any point, it was a successful sneak. He just wouldn't accept the 4 braids.. So I dunno maybe this was nerfed at some point.

there are a lot of free bumps in this thread but if you are still encountering a bug in which you cannot complete this quest please send a me a pm, hobbit and we can try to figure out what is causing it so you can do the quest (if are so inclined)
