I DO however know that Empire got my wiz suspended within minutes when I was nuking giants at the ring 10, and I have also seen screenshots of Sirken saying its fair game as long as anyone is in range. So ya, I dunno...

The last real shot we had, which was played flawless with our auto attack pressing, and complete heal pressing, but still we weren't even close.

ya i agree it was a bad call, dealing with hatchlings + aary was 2 much to handle for 45. had to much dps needing heals and not dpsing the dragon. we live and we learn, alot of us actually had fun pvping you guys in the zone. glad the gms arent tolerating pelling + training anymore though.

tempest has the benefit of most of their core having velious quested gear, most of which trumps the shit out of kunark era gear, all the spells they need, and on top of that a multitude of decked out ex-empire members including clerics, one of the best geared warriors on the server, and primal melees who can provide knowledge of zones/encounters/pulls that we started from zero with
