When trying to run the game through launchtitanium.bat I get error

I get this error saying it cannot find EQgame it makes no sense... I followed the patch directions to the letter and deleted the correct files. Why is it doing this?

I also checked for the dsetup.dll file and it is present.

Are you opening the folder, then searching so only the launch program shows in the folder? If so, open folder, scroll down to it, then try.

Mine did this the first time I did an install, when I opened my P99 folder and found the launchtitanium file I'd get the error, but for some reason when I created a shortcut to the launchtitanium file the shortcut would start the game.
