Hi. Just dinged 39 and am looking for this spell. I was hunting around in Iceclad and Great Divide and haven't seen any spells drop. I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. Anyone know what/where this spell drops? I've not spotted it in EC either.

I've looted a few of these spells in WL killing Holgresh. They have high resistance so they are annoying to kill and are casters...
