I'm pretty sure you can make a Google Voice account with a US number that forwards texts and calls to your international phone. Also good to give your number out to random people and it not actually being your real number.

I haven't tried any euro numbers on groupflier.com, I would just send individual texts to 40 people through Google Voice before groupflier was an option.
