Only weapons show on character models

Everyone looks like shadow men, what have I installed incorrectly with the latest patch? I just unzipped the whole thing into my eq folder.

You can always re-download the patch file and try to replace all. See if that helps

issue I have on Linux but not sure you running that.. fixable for me at least by

edit eqclient.ini, where VertexShaders=TRUE change to VertexShaders=FALSE
