I've camped the necro island in Kerra for about 3 hours now... the 4 necros appear to spawn every 17 mins or so. Killed them over and over... no Maugrim. Is this the right place?

Yeah, I'm basically doing that... killing all 4 heretics every 20 mins. No Maugrim in about 5 hours now.
Maybe I'm just really unlucky?
