Hi,

Does anyone know what zone you can generally find GM's in the game? is there anyway to page one, or speak with one when you are not in the same zone?

/w gm all - if they aren`t hiding. If they do try /petition. Otherwise try the petition forum section.

Use /petition to talk to a GM, but for the love of god if its a trivial question (about an IP exemption, a contested camp, name change.) do not do it. They are busy volunteers.

Best way to contact them is use the petition forum on this site and wait. Again they are very busy volunteers.

A good example is getting stuck when /rewind fails you. /petitioned and Hobby fixed me right quick.

I swear I get suckered by these threads every time.

I always say to myself, "aww some poor new player got some bug or got trained and needs help."

Then without fail every time they ask for an instant IP exemption. /facepalm

Don't send direct tells to Guides/GM's. Read the FAQ for your question and don't waste our time asking about IP Exemptions and other bullshit. If you need assistance, use petition. If it's a reimbursement or a non-urgent matter, use the petition forum. We usually hang out in cshome (guide+ only zone) so you can't find us, and if we aren't in cshome then usually we are hidden from the spawn list anyways.

Yes, i see now. I wasn't meaning to be disrespectful, i was just asking. i messaged Hobby in the game as he asked/posted in my thread and he explained it clearly. I was just getting excited to play, that is all. its all good, I wasn't looking to rub anyone the wrong way.

You know FAQ stand for frequently asked questions. if you just got here and have a question, read the FAQ. You will most likely find the answer there, or at least, find out how to get it trough the proper medium.

i'm not even the one being asked the questions and I'm tired of hearing it. I can't imagine how fed up these guys are.
They prolly have a "/r read the FAQ" macro
