NPC dindt give back my items

Character name: b.o.b.e.s.p.o.n.j.a
I gived 4 items to do a quest ( a stein, ice giant toes, mermaid scale, sapphire), and then the NPC called "Vira" on zone "Temple of solusek ro" she didnt gived me the item quest and say that "i dont need this, you can have it back". She never gived items back . . . Can u help me to have it back? i think she is buged to return items back. Quest nme is "stein of ulissa. After that i checked the quest again and it say lvl min 33. Normaly if u give and item to NPC he will give it back if didnt need for the quest .

I have the same bug whit another quest =/, there is something i didnt know?

Quest name: Aegis for life
Character name: K.u.r.a.k.a.k.i.t.a
Account name: just hide it
NPC name: Camlend Serbold
Zone name: North Queynos
You can see, he told me that "You have not yet proven yourself" after that he didnt give me back the items and nothing . . .

luzbel looks like you didn't have your faction high enough to turn in the aegis. looks like a tough break.

bleh I had the same issue with Camlend and had to sit through getting each of the Grimrot items a second time.

Nilbog: Camlend Serbold will require warmly faction for the Aegis of Life. He will now also bow to you, on a hail, if your faction is warmly or above.

indifferent -> amiable -> kindly -> warmly -> ally

I started out at amiable. Here's what I did to raise faction: 1) Have a friend make a mule (or else you make one, but they are lore so can only turn carry one dead fish at a time) to kill Koalindls so that you can turn them in to Enic who wanders around the pond area and 2) turn in 2 gold pieces a time to Lashun Novashine who you can find in the Qeynos newbie yard. It took me a dozen or so fish and probably 350 gold to get up to warmly.

It's a pita quest, but worth it!
