Allows for 45 charges of "stalking probe" which is identical to Eye of Zomm on Holgresh beads. Use the 10th probe to recharge.
~50pp to recharge the 45 charges. They're magic non-lore so its not a hassle and you don't need a 2nd person or a log over.
