Escaped Froglok Slaves?

Newbie question (even though I did play EQ waaaay back when Kunark was still new, I never leveled a necromancer beyond 5, so no experience with doing this quest XD):

I read on the P99 wiki that escaped slaves spawn in the same "slot" as the skippers, but are listed as rare. EXACTLY how rare are we talking here? <_<;; Also, is there any one specific spot that's "the best" for camping skippers/escaped slaves? I keep only finding randomly-scattered ones along the banks near Cabalis. The occasionally-wandering red cons have me too nervous to do any major in-depth exploring on my own, as a level 10 necro. X_____X

Not that rare. I went to the Swamp and got the two I needed within 10 minutes. Exit Cabilis, go straight ahead and a little to the left and kill all the low level frogloks AND the one single mob that runs like the wind, because he's a PH of sorts.

But yes, the zone sucks balls. You'll absolutely hate getting the cabbage for the follow-up quest.

Ah, so that IS the best spot, good to see my hunch was right? XD The other two spots I tried camping were little luck. Looks like I'll just hafta be REAL careful, cuz twice I've been jumped by a wandering iksar marauder and hadda make a break for it, LOL.

Haven't looked into what the quest for the Rank 4 skullcap entails, but if they keep getting worse from here, like it looks like they are, not looking forward to it. X3
