Quick question.

I tried relocating a lvl4 alt to Field of Bone, upon entering Karnor's Castle for the evac, I got the following message:

"You are not yet experienced enough for inter-planar travel."

I found this odd, tried again, it relocated me to the combine rings. I've moved a 12 bard to Field of Bone before, as well as several other alts.

Is this an actual intentional thing? At what point does Karnor's Castle become inter-planar? Shouldn't this make it inaccessible pre-46?

I'm just curious on others' thoughts on this and whether this is intended and under what reasoning?

It's intended, I believe you need to get level 5 before you can zone in.

Yep, the TL;DR is basically a few players have caused havoc on low level characters in high level zones using third party programs. Making a level 5 requirement seems to be a deterrent, yet it does also punish low level players trying to do what you're doing :(
