I used to play EQ back in the day when i was in elementary school up into jr. high, from pre kunark up until around planes of power roughly. To give you an idea, i played a good while before they made it so you couldnt loot people's corpses given consent. Want to know was kind of dick player i was back as a kid? i ran across a corpse in the dessert of Ro and talked the guy into giving me consent so i could loot him and log off for like 3 days. To make you all feel better, i was later tricked atleast twice to duel in a city only to be killed by a guard after the the second swing. Also the fact that something like that could happen to me twice shows you the kind of player i was/am. Anyways i used to play on the Nameless Server and was in a guild that was around for a long time called <Collective Damage> as a rogue halfling named Avendale. I was just curious if anyone on p1999 used to be in that guild by any strange chance. I was in the tower of frozen shadow the other day and was reminded of a raid waaaaay back when. I was kicked out of a loot roll for goofing off with a fellow guild mate by a stern female dwarf player. Had alot of good memories in that guild, the guild leader was Hitulikea Tonofbricks the dwarf paladin and Keiweallea (or something like that) the high elf enchanter, Before the KEI clarity spell!! Damn she had foresight.
Also, anyone from the Nameless server remember the pretty massive guild Steel Horsemen? it eventually split into the higher level Steel horsemen and i believe they created Iron Horsemen for everyone under level 30. There was also the Sun Tzu Council and Rabid Reich.

Old school Nameless player here as well. Fairly certain I was in Steel Horseman for a short period of time. I played a druid throughout my EQ career, Larkverdin was the name. Myself, my dad, and brother hunted alot together, so the names Sandylie and Varakin might ring a bell as well. We all were in Sapientia for years and years, great times were had. Hail, The Nameless!

Right on, i had an older brother who was in the Steel Horseman, a human monk named Krail Mcbean. I remember Sapientia quite well. Almost as soon as the Bazaar was created, me and my RL buddy from school who played a human Warrior named Warwraith and a gaming friend named Shimmydog set up a bogus casino operation. One of us would be doing the advertising and one person would be standing around on the other side of the bazaar. As soon as anyone betting won and wanted their money, either me or my friend would bolt for the other side of the bazaar and do a quick trade with our partner Shimmydog the Rogue. Now, this was before we knew about /ex, So we'd be running and the guy would be screaming in red shouts that "This guy just stole my fuckin' platinum" in all caps while i'd be camping out for the full 30 seconds. We basically justified it as nearly alright because it would be a good lesson to those hard working players who trusted a naked level 1 with their gambling money. Ultimately my friend was summoned in game by a guide to the top of Fironia's statue hand in kunark's Vie. By then my friend didn't care about the game anymore and jumped off the hand while the guide was talking to him. He revived at his bind point, was then disonnected about 10 seconds later and was never able to log on again with that account. Shit, we had no heart on live  I'm 28 now and when i found out about p1999 i wanted to relive the classic experience but do it right and i've been loving it. It's very rare that i encounter a cancerous free radical peice of shit on P1999 like i used to be, and i can only slam my fist against my desk so hard because i remember i was once like him/her. Though i do continue to slam my fist and eventually tip my desk over and throw my t.v and computer out of the 3rd story window over that shit. I WANT A RL NAME!!!!!!
