If all the epic turn ins require indifferent faction and you can obtain this from hide or invis then are there any factions I don't want to mess up?

Is the outpost a faction I don't want to ruin?

It's been a long time (and I did it on live), but if I remember correctly, there are no factions related to the SK epic.

SK epic is on Truespirit faction. But you can do all the turn ins with the Hide/Invis trick (open trade window with NPC, then successfully hide or have someone invis you).

You can skip some of the SK epic. You can skip the out post portion with the hide trick. Only real faction that may save you some time is the paineel faction, raise it by going into the warrens and cause a genocide with the gnolls.

But for all turn ins the hide trick works. And for when you turn into the ghost lasted on have someone give yu IVU. I speak from first hand experience , I did the hide trick last summer with success. Just make sure you con them indifferent to verify your hide was successful.

Also if youre paranoid about fucking up a hide turnin somewhere along the line you can also just do the tiny gem turn in part of the shaman epic a few times until youre indiff to truespirit

So long as I successfully hide or invis after handing but before hitting trade and consider the mob I'm trading with to be indifferent I am fine... Then I won't have any concerns right?

Yes you just need them to con indif. It works beautifully , I was a sceptic until it worked for me. Again only one mob requires someone to cast invis vs undead before you turn in, besides him the hide trick works on the rest. Yu can completely skip the parts that require for you to give your plat away to any npc, so don't waste your money!!!

If you're thinking about messing up your outpost faction make sure to grab all the spells you need from there before hand.

May also want to do the hammer quest first.

Yea I was thinking that this morning, go grab all my apells, but I didn't think about hammer. It's not usable til 50 but I should be able to quest it before hand?

It takes a lot of turn ins to get the faction you need with outpost. So I suggest do it while you can get xp from farming the mobs.

Killing sarnaks and turning in the braids right?

correct, 4 braids per turn in. and probably a total of 200 - 300 braids total to go from apprehensive to amiable.

when i was doing it, i was getting slow xp due to soloing. I suggest trying to find a partner who doesnt need braids. you might be able to cut the farming time by a lot if you do that. you also have to compete against swarm kiting bards grabing every sarnak.

Dont bother to think about the outpost faction in OT, you can still use the bank even you are kos there with FD trick. and you can complete the hammer quest by charming the npc with a PS.

and one day you lvling in KC or killing the VS in KC , you will have to ruin the faction anyway.

Sooooo I'm level 33 and turned in 16(4x quest) war braids and received a little more than one orange.... Plus the berserkers solo were about 2-3% exp a kill... All in all fast exp!

yeah use the quest for xp too!!! in all honesty you can probably get the faction while xping with no problems . the hammer procs at lvl 50 so you got plenty of time!

only down side is ou repetative the zone will eventually become.

Yea I've heard reports of 200 turn ins but we'll see. If I get tired of doing it and the exp slows down I'll just roll out some platinum

the reward is worth the extra effort for once you hit 50. yes it is possible to get someone with a puppet strings to allow ou to charm the quest giver, but you usually have to be in a high end guild before you get that option

You can generally buy a charge for 2k even if you aren't. Just ask around. Post in the trading hub forum here if nowhere else.
