HELP can't log in

i have a account i was playing until v41 came out after that it wouldn't let me log in i've been out for awhile now i got a new clean copy of titanium in deleted all the files required and put the extracted contents of v41 into the file only launching from the launch titanium file but when i get to the login all i get is invalid username/password how can i log in here but not there im really confused

i remember reading in the getting started forum that this username/password isn;t linked to the in game login im wondering if i used a different set of username/password how do you recover the game account info and not just the forum info???

i can log into the forum but not the game i would assume i'd use the same username/password but there has to be a way for the GM's to recover the game account otherwise thats dumb how could anyone return to the game from a long break

go to this link while logged into your forum accoutn and it will tell you what your username is and offer an option to reset the password

yeah i got my email address i think i had the sms set up but i lost that cell phone probally what i need lol

make a new account its not that tough to start over

People write information down or use notepad files to keep tracks of stuff. I dont think anyone expects you to remember a password 5 years after you typed it. People do expect you to possibly backup your information in writing or another source.
