They can still get primals afaik, Master of the guard, progenitor, and final arbitor should all drop 1-2 primals per kill. Only difference is where the warders could drop upwards of 7-8 primals or 3-4 primals and 2-4 of their item loot tables(or 5 cloth claps). So it was a lot quicker to gear up a force. But considering how slow ST keys are, If a guild like tempest is only doing Lendi each week thats 1 key per week, Maybe Zlandi if luckily thats still a super slow pace. but within a few months they could be killing primal drop mobs if they key the right classes and they dont quit before they ever get down there.

Something like 73 ST keys were given out in Empire, And at one point when only ~55-60 were out, we had like 25 people showing up. We had 50 last night amazingly enough, then 40 for the final blow. Biggest turn out ever. Looking at half the list though, over half the people quit EQ or were being played by people with access to ST keyed chars.
