Ui looks huge!

i just installed on my desktop. i run duel monitors, and on my main screen at 1280x800 the ui boxes look HUGE, i cant have my spell bar underneath my group window and above my action bar because the boxes are that big... I thought 1280x800 was big resolution for eq? Is 1280x800 suppose to have huge UI scale? or is something wrong? Any advice would be awesome :)

1280x800 sounds like an odd resolution, maybe try 1280x1024 or verify the native resolution of your monitor. Just a guess.

oddly, my primary (which is a newer and nicer monitor than my 2nd one) doesnt go high on the 2nd number, its max res is 1366x768, highest 2nd number i can get is 864, with 1152x864. My secondary monitor which was older and cheaper apparently can do 1280x1024. Sorry i don't know too much about computer stuff, this is probably a super basic question :| haha.

Once in the game, hit alt O and recheck your game resolution. It may be running at 800x600 or something similar to make everything really big. Set your game resolution to 1366x768 or 1280x1024(I played EQ for years at this resolutioin). Hope you get it figured out.

it was already set to max, i tried switching it and then reswitching it, and still ui is huge :\ oh well haha, atleast im playing EQ right? :) thanks for the help though, much appreciated
