I believe there was commentary about this in some early Velious Beta forum about PoM and the choices they were going to make with our PoM

Lots/all of the PoM armor was originally droppable for some months...

Cards and gift boxes are still droppable, so we will probably leave it as is.

Will most likely stick to 2 funny money. Consider it balancing/compromising for not allowing the words of wealth: top left combine and keeping some semblance of transparent risk/time vs reward.

Was the big thread about this stuff though he kind of skips over the armor being droppable besides saying " we will leave it as is"
