That's right. The fashion bargain bin Forever 21, (which has sold women's clothes exclusively until... idk tbh, just now?) is now mocking rape (maybe) with it's trendy new men's Tshirt.

People are not happy with a men's Forever 21 shirt.

The shirt, pictured right, has been criticized by Cosmopolitan's Hannah Smothers for being "incredibly rapey."

Sounds more like a complaint from a child to their parent than a mockery of rape. Maybe that's just me though... maybe

Consent is as simple as Tea (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQbei5JGiT8)

If someone maybe wants tea, and then they maybe don't want it, you don't maybe shove it down their throat even though it took some effort to make the tea.

Maybe don't force tea down an unconscious persons throat and you probably will be ok.

This is a good example of what happens as a society slowly becomes illiterate. They can't even make t-shirt slogans that are clearly written.

I am assuming what the shirt is intended to mean is, "If you want to say no, do not feel you have to say maybe. You have the right to say no and be respected."

But that would be tl;dr for our dwindling linguistic attention spans. As is this post, no doubt.

I don't think the shirt is unclearly written but I think that your point is still valid. I see the shirt as saying what it says, "Say no if you mean no." The problem is with the reader(s) on this one.

I'm not quite sure tbh but apparently there is one or this issue wouldn't be.

I'm sorry you want to criminalize others for your regrets.

Shirt definitely reads like an anti-rape message to me.

Thought the message right off the bat was empowering woman with choice; being decisive, strong and commanding respect with their words. But perhaps I took the message out of context.

I dunno, doesn't seem like it's "promoting rape". Maybe I just don't see it.

You people are fucking retarded - this isn't in reference to sex. It's in reference to women leading men on in general.

Boom, headshot.

The only thing that be more anti-rape than this shirt would be one that says:

I cut off my dangely bits
So we could have a lovely evening

My first instinct is to make more rape jokes and tell you to take the tea down your throat...I guess I don't really have a second instinct...But all joking aside, YOU WILL DRINK MY TEA WHORE
