Argyn Shieldstan (Qeynos Aquadut) should be on 7 min respawn

I popped into Qeynos Sewers and killed the pathing level 30 warrior, Argyn Shieldstan that patrols outside the Bertox guild.

16 minutes later I noticed he hadn't respawned.

I levelled my shaman on this guy on live and he should be on a 7 minute respawn and should spawn every time. For veracity I will take a look on live to see his 'current' respawn time. 20 minutes and still no pop on p1999.

I made some changes based on limited info found in comments from 2002 (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=2641).

Lowered respawn time to 12 minutes.
Increased the amount of platinum possible from corpse.
Lowered faction hit to Bloodsabers.

I found no information supporting a 7 minute respawn. Feel free to post if you find.

Ah sweet, thanks for helping investigate! I guess it was 12 minutes then. Sadly I couldn't load up eqlive, apparently there was some Dx9 problems on the install the patcher downloaded.
