Camo

I am about to ding 49, so was looking at my spells and saw that at 50 or 51 we get Improved Superior Camo. Looking at it, it has a lower duration time than Super Camouflage that we get earlier..

So what makes it an upgrade?

Is it a fixed duration, unlike the earlier camo's that will randomly come off?
