Lose Connection Around Bard Trains

Hey, so I'm chillin' in Lake of Ill Omen, and every time this bard runs by dragging 10,000 mobs, I lose connection to the server. There's no stuttering and it doesn't crash, I just can't send any information. I can't chat, I can't cast spells, melee, anything.

Any ideas why?

Edit: the only thing I'm able to do is /exit, then rejoin the server. Any advice would be appreciated, as it's killing me over and over.

Nevermind, I fixed it by turning off name plates and spell effects.
