Spells File is out of date

So I downloaded the latest patch files (Project 1999 Files (V41)) and its still telling me that my spells file is out of date. Anyone else have this issue? What was done to fix it?

Usually this happens because of there being 2 install locations, one in Program Files and one in Users somewhere, assuming you didnt fail on the copy/paste/override portion.

Yep, I forgot I copied the game files from one hard drive to another.
