Fire giant toes/ stein

Don't suppose anyone could help me out getting some fire giant toes? I have everything else needed for quest and am parked in lavatory exp'ing

In ocean of tears there is a named giant that spawns every 6 minutes:

He will drop all kinds of toes and other giant stuff randomly and he is easily soloable.
