Dropped in Warsliks from "a goblin witchdoctor" tonight. I cannot see any evidence that this is a Kunarkian item.

I don't know if a patch was implemented... but I also got the tambourine off a spirit caller in LOIO today.

I removed the tambourine and emerald drops from all the npcs, and redid some %s. If its still dropping, then no patch yet.
