Can't make a halfling ranger

This is so random. I can make other race/classes but not this one!

Halfling Paladin
Gnome Paladin
Gnome Shadowknight

^ These race/class combinations are not classic and will never again be allowed on P99. Thankfully Nilbog made this classic change years ago to prevent the scourge of short hybrids.
