View Full Version : Question about spawn variance - Not a Bug

Simple question: Will the Kunark raid mobs be on the same spawn variance that the current classic mobs are on?

I'd hope the answer would be no. I think 6-8 months ago when there were fewer guilds and fewer geared raiders, variance served its purpose to keep the raid drama and gm petitions down to a minimum. However now I think it has been causing more problems than its solving. Since Kunark will open much more raid content than is currently available I'd think it's release would be a natural spot to remove the variance on all Kunark and classic mobs.

I couldn't think of a good forum to put this topic in, so feel free to move this if needed.

Sure there'll be more targets, but there'll still be people contesting everything. At least with the variance it means some guilds will be able to prioritise what they go after.

You said it wasn't a bug, yet this is in the bugs section.

Everything will be discussed, and you'll most likely know before Kunark opens. :P
