Dragon Necropolis help

This is a call for help to dispatch this dragon construct. I got this trained on me while killing spiders at ent and I've been stuck beneath it for an hour but it doesn't seem to be despawning.. If any groups are headed this way I would be happy to get some assistance with this :p

After much trouble, a group finally came around and killed the construct :) Thanks for the assistance people of Awakened, and a few others!
