Weird textures

So, I just started like 4 minutes ago and I think I might have a texture problem? Can anyone help? My Vid Card is up to date on drivers and I have the latest direct x.

textures in the distance seem mostly ok, is that right?

Yeah in the distance it's okay, this ONLY happens when I'm outside. If it rains all that weird shit goes away. Soon as the rain went away though all that stuff came back.

... it's also like that on the character loading screen for me. It's like this in Qeynos, FP, and Kelethin area.

Try changing Sky Type to Simple.
