So I have been interested in this mob fora while, as well as the cycle for the named mobs themselves for immortal books. I can't really find any concrete guide on spawning her, Some say just kill mobs around druid evac and infront of BW/SF zone line and keep a eye on track for the named mobs. in an old post by gms these mobs were listed as the ones to kill to respawn them or the nameds.

Skyfire_Special1 (Spawngroup id: 1507) 30 second respawn
Skyfire_Special2 (Spawngroup id: 1508) 60 second respawn
Guardian of Felia (91005) [44] = 5%
Faerie of Dismay (91012) [47] = 5%
a wandering wurm (2186, 2187, 91031, 91083) [47-50] = 2%, 2%, 2%, 2%
a shadow drake (91063) [47] = 5%
Felia Goldenwing (91081) [45] = 2%
Black Scar (91088) [45] = 5%
a lava walker (2190) [52] = 5%
a wurm spirit (2208) [47] = 5%
a soul devourer (2207) [46] = 5%
a bottomless feaster (2183) [46] = 11%
a skycinder drake (91006) [47] = 11%
a mature wyvern (91003) [48] = 11%
a mature chromodrac (91052) [49] = 11%
a mature wurm (91053) [47] = 11%

Felia obvious is pretty low spawn chance I see, I saw on blue whiles back people selling spawn loot rights to felia. I have followed leads saying to use a bard with highsun, in order to highsun all the mobs in the BW/SF area back to bind with someone sitting near the spawn point near OT where the named/ph originally spawn and path from based of this guide for bards:

http://wiki.project1999.com/images/Eldrig_the_Old-Pathing.png
After spawning, Eldrig wanders west and follows the pathing shown. 559 -4003 is where PH spawns. Won't roam back to spawn location. Good strategy to find the correct spawn is to have 1) 1 person at 559 -4003 2) have a bard start a train where it can roam 3) have a necro bracer the bard needing the piece near BW zoneline 4) bard zones 5) aggro switches to necro where he can rune 6) bard spams the song highsun mobs to warp the mob back to the spawn where it can then be camped (oleris)

I have never used highsun before, but it seems to fizzle like crazy, and require an almost melee-like distance to sing it on a npc. I can only assumethats why the guide is written as so that someone other then bard takes over aggro. So I look to others to help with any advice/info on doing this, before I just murder the entire zone and then login a ranger every 30 minutes to track the zone. If the highsun/PH theory is correct for felia then that means I must kill the mobs listed above, named and multi non-named included for best option to spawn named cycle.

What's your wind skill? If your wind skill is low (which it probably is), it will fizzle a ton.

The point of that advice is that then the necro has aggro, not the bard, so the bard can run safely behind the train and highsun mobs. Once the correct mob is id'd, the necro can FD the rest of the train and keep the correct ph.

The PHs for that spawn cycle usually stay pretty close to the Graveyard in front of the spawn point. Just kill stuff around there until you find the PH.

The fizzles I am used to, but even when i snare targets. i have to be almost within melee distance to get the song to cast. otherwise says oor

Fast way to spawn it is to track down and spawn as much as the names as you can and leave them up. after you spawn 3ish names only takes about 15 min max to pop felia.

First of all, just know that Felia Goldenwing is not on the same cycle than Eldrig. So the map you provided and highsun method is of no use for Felia.

Felia is on the same cycle than the named which drop immortals and is moreover located by the graveyard (spot #3 of SF map).

Each time I did this camp, we usually set camp on the south mountain south of graveyard approx -3700, 1000

At the bottom of that mountain, at ground level, you should see a huge rock. If you are heading north, the left of that big rock is a key location. Mobs which are on Felia's cycle will spawn inside the mountain and start heading north . When they get out of the mountain, they appear left of that rock, still facing north (If I remember correctly, they pop 30 seconds after last cycle mob death and it takes them ~10 seconds to get out of the mountain).

And last but not least, the ph is always dark blue to 60. So kill drakes / faeries / sperms dark blue in the area of the graveyard and check in the next 40 seconds of death if a mob pop outside of mountain left of that ground rock. Once you have one, you got the cycle handled and you just have to keep killing till you get Felia to spawn. Beware of Guardian of Felia, sometimes, they summon.

Happy hunting

Friend walked into zone on ranger, amazingly found ph out of one of the 11% spawns (30 total of these up) first kill, we had a 60 second repop at the rock near gy. They spent about 1 1/2 hours, numerous named spawns, lots of spells/books. after they left, they left a easy to track if you know what you're looking for ph "a wurm spirit". to which I came in, killed, started the cycle. very very easy on a 60 shm, was full mana/hp end of each fight. slow + 1 bane 1 epic per mob basically, except the lava walkers had maybe 15k hp, almost as tough as some of the easier non-summoning PoM mobs.

This is 100% exactly what I did, the spawn at the rock they linger for about 30-40 seconds. only ever had 1 add because I was impatient and didn't let it walk away. Seems any of the drake placeholders wil spawn in the rock/under world, and best way to get them quick is to run up and sit down or stand around for a min, otherwise wait for them to path away and they pop out of the ground. Your loc matches up nearly identical to the spot i was at, Right up above the wall directly in front of the rock. looted 4 immortal books for future use/sharing. Spirit of scales, Circle of winters/summers, splurt, random mage junk, all I know is I got handed enough cripple/scale spells to turn in to guarantee insidious decay quest spell. Maybe pox will land better on Alice 4+ mobs that way.

Glad you got it under control, Felia will take a bit more time to pop by the rock by the way, be cause she will first buff before wandering ;)

Yeah she is super fast, before disposing of her I followed her around the zone, keeps to a tight area around the gy. Sows, runs super fast. Listed as a druid, however casted sanity warp, turgurs insects, drifting death. Kinda odd combo. Am just happy I now have 3 of 4 completed staffs, with 1 fight and combine left to go and luckily last fight I can duo shm/monk NP! I have had enchanters in the past, same mats, looted ench epic parts a long the way that were rotting, just never bothered doing it because I was never a real enchanter. I vog'd my charm pets to farm plat, that was about it. The stats + self junk buff click + manaless haste for pet will be amazing though. Makes me want to purchase a gazughi ring now.

The other mobs in zone are supposed to attack/kill her, not sure if that's the case on this server though.

It is supposed to be the case, however she does not get attacked here on p99.
