Some 64-bit OSes required signed drivers, which means the OS needs to be reverted to test mode to bypass driver-signing at boot. If that is the case -- I suggest you try the latest version of WinCDEmu (http://sourceforge.net/projects/wincdemu/files/wincdemu/3.4/WinCDEmu-3.4-signed.exe/download), as they recently added signed drivers and it's an open source project so you know exactly what the mount layer is doing, without running some hard disk activity scanning toolkit.

Daemon Tools relies on SPTD (http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/faq) which is really a piece of shit, and I don't know why anyone uses it. No actually I do -- for proper RPMS emulation, but most people don't need this.

If there is no driver signing conflict, try disabling whatever anti-virus you have and re-installing Daemon-Tools or whatever virtual drive suite you choose.

When you're done using the first one unmount it, and then mount the next disc like you did the first one.
