Anyone know how to spawn Terrorantula?

I am trying to figure how to spawn Terrorantula and am looking for any advice how to. Trying to get that terrorantula silk for the Erudite Cultural armor, whenever that comes out. I have been looking around the web and have only found an old video from "leveloneundercon" just killing all the bugs in the zone. Is there any timed way or good strategy to spawn the guy? Or is it as bad as trying to spawn AC in SRO?

I spawned him once while farming spider silk (unintentionally). Was killing every spider. You could try doing that.

Find an aoe class and blast the sand area every 8 minutes

Any of the spiders in the desert portion are PH's. Spawned him on live once for giggles by killing them all.

I'm fairly sure his PH is the static mummy outside of the tower where you Obretl

I killed him three times pre-Velious by rounding up every spider and aoe'ing them down. I had a full stack of terrorantula silk ready to go, but they were apparently not supposed to drop yet so they were removed from my bank. QQ.

Ive farmed Sro alot during kunark for Jboot MQ. Ive seen this spider maybe 3-4 times and it dropped the heart everytime. Round the whole zone up and ae it down. Respawns are on 6 mins.

"Nilbog: Terrorantula is now on a spawn cycle. Terrorantula Silk no longer drops - it will return a few months into Velious."

I wonder if it has been put back in yet?

Been quite some time. While farming J boots I saw this NPC several times, but there was no exact pattern.

Can confirm that I just killed one and got 3 of its silk. WTS I guess...

Ran thru sru the other day and saw a corpse rotting wih like 6 silks on it
