Hey all, loving playing my 30sk and was curious if there were peak times or anyone planning on going to velks soon with a group where it would be possible for me to loot a sword of pain. Doubtful. There shouldnt be lvl restrictions on anything other than planar zones. P99 wont let anyone under lvl 5(i think) zone into any dungeons however

Can't zone into ToV until 46 also. There may be more zones. But yes, the level 5 requirement to zone into dungeons became a thing for Kunark dungeons.

It is for all dungeons. On Blue at least. I was able to zone into guk as a lvl 4 troll shaman on red, but not able to on blue.

he would create lvl 1s and hack/warp causing trains and killing people for fun
