Frontier Mountains Cycle Broken?

I've been working on this cycle and just can't seem to get it going. I've had experience with this back on live but can't get it rolling on p1999. Is anyone having problems? Last post I saw was back in 2011 where someone said it was working but as that was 5 years ago I'm not sure it still is.

its working...i ran it just a few weeks ago for a couple hours until I got a dusty bp for an alt. all the triggers and named seemed to be spawning as expected. the FM wiki page has a real good guide, incase you haven't seen it. http://wiki.project1999.com/Frontier_Mountains
