Lithiniath spawn timer

Hello wonderful lords of P99!

So, I have a point of clarification I would like regarding the tedious Lithiniath in PoM. Popular discussion around Lithiniath's spawn timer is 72 hours - however, this does not seem to be accurate as I know of folks who have seen him go down, noted the time, and been back 72 hours later with no pop.

There seems to be a window/variance.

Could this information be clarified/investigated. If Lith is supposed to be a set 72 hour spawn, then clearly, something is amiss.

It appears both white and black horses have a 16 hr window (+-8). They also can drop nothing or squires. One of the many issues with this zone tbh.
